  3. Completion and Revisions: Upon project completion, clients have the right to request revisions within a specified period as outlined in the initial proposal, typically within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the requests are within the scope of the original agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their project within 24 hours of the initial payment without incurring any fees. Full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  2. Cancellation After Project Commencement: If a client wishes to cancel after project work has begun but before completion, a prorated refund may be offered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Administrative and processing fees may be deducted.

Refund Policy

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: Quartz Marketing aims for 100% client satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to make necessary adjustments or improvements. If we are unable to meet your expectations, a partial or full refund may be offered at Quartz Marketing's discretion, based on the work completed and the nature of the project.

  2. Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, such as paid advertising, third-party fees, and specific non-reversible digital marketing services, are non-refundable. We will clearly indicate any non-refundable services in our initial proposal.
